    我们知道大家都很想要尽快拿到周杰伦的最新专辑，可是周杰伦的专辑发行日不是由我们CD Rama决定的，是由唱片公司决定。如果唱片公司没有如期发行给我们，我们也没有办法发专辑给各位。 现在唱片公司发出了的消息是说今天会出货到我们的门市。如有任何问题或投诉，请打电话到唱片公司 （03-62079898）。

  28. 唱片公司没给你们货，你们就要催呀，而不是在这里告诉我们要投诉自己去投诉，这么不负责任的行为亏你们还是这么大型的公司。然后，今天早上你们口口声声再这里说今天会到，现在都几点了？这又再一次证明你们言而无信。顺便提醒你们，今天22号了，足足迟了11天，而且我看今天也是拿不到了。人家pizza hut送货迟了，都会做出一些赔偿以表示歉意，你们会厚着脸皮还是会依然推卸责任？

  41. Why cd Rama so late! I pre order last 3 week for the rm100+ version. The nxt week I pre order USB version from rock corner online store I last Friday ady received the parcel. Rock corner only took 1 week time and much more cheaper than u.

  70. the staff told me that the usb version have landed in Malaysia from TAIWAN but they dint tell why it take SO LONG to send them to CD RAMA... maybe they change the content of the album? or add flyer? who here believe we can get it on Wednesday? i think it will be delayed again till next friday:(

    I got my deluxe edition on 14 of Nov for rm70 only. They sent the parcel all the way from taiwan to my doorstep.

    I ordered my previous Jay's album from cd-rama once and I had have enough just for one time.

    Just receive information from Sony Music, they will replace back the poster in productive tube to customer. and the poster target will arrive outlet on next Monday or Tuesday (12.12.11 or 13.12.11). Once CD Rama outlet receive the poster will call you to collect.

    from supplier Sony Music information, free gift delay is because whole batch of poster lost when on the way import from Taiwan. so now have to wait another batch of poster.

    Sorry, i'm not sure the productive tube is in normal design or special design. i will check with supplier first and let you know soon.

    Just with a plastic protective tube and the pre-order poster that we saw just with the advertisement around it.
    :(
    So,hope the tube is special design with the album.
